Raz Design now offers two mobile shower commode chairs with adjustable seat angle. The seat angle change is accomplished with telescopic links, whose lengths can be set without tools, using our standard, green snap pins. The Raz-AA (Attendant Adjustable) and Raz-CAA (Compact Attendant Adjustable) utilize the same frames as the AT and CAT, but are supplied with adjustable-length struts rather than gas struts, triggers and cables. Up until this point, when asked for custom seat angle, we would have fabricated a custom frame. These two new options provide off-the-shelf solutions for clients who need a custom dump angle in their chair, typically for shower-only applications.
A corollary benefit for dealers in regions where funding regulations make it challenging to provide Raz-ATs and Raz-CATs is that the AA and CAA can be ordered with dynamic tilt as an option. This configuration decouples the chair from the dynamic tilt, which can make it more compatible with some funding programs.
