September 18-19 marked the first-ever Raz Sales Meeting, during which we hosted our sales reps from across the US at our office in Toronto. The long-overdue event was designed to promote product awareness, solicit product / company feedback, unveil new products and discuss unmet market needs. One of the more enlightening sessions involved pressure mapping where we compared our seats with those of our competitors. Our reps were impressed by how well all of our seats pressure mapped. They saw the impact of well-contoured seats, proper foot/arm support and how much tilt / recline can further reduce seating pressures.
We appreciate the efforts made by everyone who attended. Our reps provided valuable information from their interaction with therapists, ATP’s and health care professionals, which will help make Raz a better company.
